Established in 1998, our purpose built facility (view map) provides 24 hours a day, everyday of the year (7x24) data centre operations. With no single point of failure and a fully scalable world-class infrastructure, we ensure maximum up-time and performance to our clients.
Cybernetic Hosting Technologies™ aim is to provide the very best of Internet hosting and managed services to support today's mission critical operations.
Multiple telecommunications carriers are used to supply the external data communications links, enabling external connectivity redundancy. Currently these providers are Vocus Connect, Pipe Networks, Verizon and UECOMM.

We take pride in maintaining a high level of security & quality control, our Data Center's facilities include:
-
Network redundancy: There is no single point of failure within the Data Centre or the networks it inter-connects with. In the case of link failure, redundant lines take up the load with no reduction in performance or capacity.
-
Security: Restricted access to the Network Operations Center is monitored by qualified personnel 24 hours a day, every day. Visitors and clientele are only allowed on-site if escorted by Network Operations Center staff.

-
Environment: Precision-controlled raised floor air conditioning systems protect and cool mission-critical servers and equipment in the Network Operations Center. The facility is controlled by multiple 30-Ton APC™/Airflow™, 20-Ton Liebert™, & 20-Ton Data Aire™ dual-compressor redundant systems.
-
Backup power & distribution: Our Network Operations Center currently has 1200amp 480V & 800amp 415V 3-Phase power. The facility is currently backed up and protected by multiple 275KVA and 160KVA Powerware™ 9315/9395 facility-wide UPS (Uninterrupted Power Supply) systems, which feed PDI™, MGE™, & Liebert™ PDU (Power Distribution Unit) systems.
|
-
Fire Protection: Our Data Centre is protected with a dual-alarmed, dual-interlock multi-zoned, dry-pipe, water-based fire suppression system armed with sensory mechanisms (VESDA (Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus)) to sample the air and sound alarms prior to pressurisation. Fire suppression is provided by a multi-zoned pre-action dry-pipe system.
